CILICIA, Anazarbus. Philip II. As Caesar, AD 244-247. Æ 25mm (9.22 g). Dated CY 263 (AD 244/245). Bare-headed, draped and cuirassed bust right, seen from behind / ANAZAPBOV MHTPOΠ, ΕΤ ΓΞC in exergue, capricorn left on globe. Zeigler 725 (Vs1/Rs3); SNG Levante -; SNG France 2118-2119 (same dies). Fine, dark olive-green patina, surfaces a little rough.
